 | What is Message in a Bottle?
This is a voluntary scheme for anyone at home, who might be reassured to know that essential information would be readily available to the Emergency Services should they suffer an accident or sudden illness. The scheme ensures that vital information is available to advise of relevant illness, allergies, medications and contact address. |
How can I participate?
Obtain a plastic bottle (size 4 ins (10.16cm) high x 2 ins (5.08 cm) in diameter) from any of the suppliers detailed below. Complete the enclosed form giving details of medications etc., or duplicate copy of your prescription.
Two small stickers one for the front door and one on fridge door, where we suggest you keep this bottle.
These stickers will tell the Emergency services or Doctors that you are on this scheme.
This scheme is supported by Doctors, Ambulance Service, Police and any other Emergency Services. | |
